     4.1. Upon payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the courses for your personal or           internal business purposes.
      4.2. You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make available your account credentials or course materials to any third party without our prior written                   consent.
5. Payment Terms:  Payment for our Services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property 
     6.1. All content included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, software, and other materials, is the property of Fastbit         Embedded Brain Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
     6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the         material on our Services without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
     7.1. In no event shall Fastbit Embedded Brain Academy or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect,                            consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.  
     7.2. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during             the twelve (12) month period preceding the claim.
